Corporate Accounts: A business account can be established by placing a credit card on file. This can be done in person or over the phone. We Net 30 if paying by check, otherwise credit card payment is due at the time the order is placed. Any invoice past due will be charged a 5% late fee. Any invoice 60 days past due will be charged an additional 5% late fee.
Personal Orders: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover and Personal Checks (in-store, identification required). Returned checks will incur a fee of $30 (or actual returned check fees, if greater than $30). We do not accept credit cards for purchases less than $5.00.
Local Delivery is available within the Toledo area for a fee of $12.00. We deliver to all of Toledo, Perrysburg, Maumee, Bowling Green, Holland, Sylvania, Rossford, Millbury, Walbridge, Northwood, Oregon, Monclova, Swanton, Waterville and Whitehouse, Ohio, as well as Lambertville, Temperance and Erie, Michigan.
Same day delivery service may require an additional $5.00 same day delivery fee. Please call for same day orders.
**If the 'Local Delivery' option is chosen at checkout for an address in a town/city not listed above, the item will not be delivered. UPS shipment is required for all addresses outside of our delivery area. We will contact you to obtain credit card information necessary to charge the difference between the UPS shipping charge and the $12.00 delivery fee. If, for any reason, we are unable to obtain credit card information for the additional cost, the order will be canceled.
UPS Shipping is not included in our gift basket prices and will be added to the order. UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Penalty/reship fees may be applied for incorrect addresses including incorrect numbers, streets, lack of apt or unit number, incorrect city or zip code, as UPS automatically bills us for these errors. If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address that you provided, you will be charged for reshipment or given the option to pick up the package at our retail location. Please make sure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order.
At Taste of Toledo, we are trying our best to be green! As part of that effort, we use some recycled boxes for shipping. If that is the case, a stamp that reads "We Recycle To Help The Environment" will be marked on the box.
Time Requirements/Special Timed Delivery may incur a same day delivery fee or require upgraded UPS shipping. Orders placed online will be shipped no sooner than the next business day and will ship via the UPS classification selected at checkout (Ground, 2 Day Air, etc.). Specific UPS delivery dates are not guaranteed for packages shipped via UPS Ground.
In-Store Pickup is available for no charge. Please select this option at checkout and enter your address as the shipping and billing address. Your order will be available for pickup at 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST the next day (unless a future date is specified). Please notify us via phone if you would like to pick up your order sooner.
Returns and Refunds on nonperishable, non-alcoholic gift items are permitted within 14 days of the purchase date if item is in original condition with original receipt and packaging. Original receipts will result in a refund of the original purchase price in the original payment method (cash/credit). Returns with a gift receipt will result in store credit for the original purchase price. Store credit must be used at the time of return.
Holiday/seasonal merchandise may not be returned.
Food items, wine and gift baskets are not returnable.
Shipped/delivered items may not be returned without Taste of Toledo's prior consent. Taste of Toledo does not pay return shipping and will not refund original shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Local delivery and shipping of chocolates is available throughout the year. We do not have the ability to cool-pack chocolates. When ordering chocolates, please take into consideration the seasonal temperature of the origin and destination of the package.
