CORPORATE ACCOUNTS / PERSONAL CHECKS / CREDIT CARDS

Corporate Accounts: A business account can be established by placing a credit card on file. This can be done in person or over the phone. We offer Net 30 if paying by check, otherwise credit card payment is due at the time the order is placed. For larger orders, we sometimes request a deposit at the time that the order is placed.

Any invoice past due may be charged a 5% late fee. Any invoice 60 days past due will be charged an additional 5% late fee.

Personal Orders: We accept MasterCard, Visa or Discover and Personal Checks (in-store, identification required). Returned checks will incur a fee of $30 (or actual returned check fees, if greater than $30).

We do not accept credit cards for purchases less than $5.00.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns and Refunds on nonperishable, non-alcoholic gift items are permitted within 14 days of the purchase date if item is in original condition with original receipt and packaging. Original receipts will result in a refund of the original purchase price in the original payment method (cash/credit). Returns with a gift receipt will result in store credit for the original purchase price. Store credit must be used at the time of return.

Holiday/seasonal merchandise, food items, wine and gift baskets are not returnable.  

Shipped/delivered items may not be returned without Taste of Toledo's prior consent. Taste of Toledo does not pay return shipping and will not refund original shipping unless the item was incorrect, defective or damaged.  

Exchanges may be made with an original receipt or gift receipt within 30 days of the purchase date.

Even Exchanges require an original receipt or gift receipt but are not limited to any time constraint as long as the original item is in new condition with original packaging and a replacement item is available at the time of the exchange.

Holiday/seasonal merchandise, food items, wine and gift baskets may not be exchanged.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

We no longer ship our gift baskets. Due to changes in sorting and shipping processes, we have decided to discontinue shipping our gift baskets via UPS. Please visit the ‘Gifts for Shipping’ tab at the top of our website for Taste of Toledo and Best of Ohio branded gift boxes that are designed to ship anywhere in the lower 48 states.

CHOCOLATES & WINE

Local delivery and shipping of chocolates is available throughout the year. We do not cool-pack chocolates. When ordering chocolates, please take into consideration the seasonal temperature of the origin and destination of the package.

Wine gifts are available for local delivery only.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Whenever possible, we create and deliver gift baskets and boxes exactly as described on our website. Please be aware that we are sometimes not able to get a specific product(s). We reserve the right to substitute any item(s) that is not available at the time that the order is filled. We substitute a similar item whenever possible. Substitutions will be equal to or of greater value than the item(s) being replaced.
