At Taste of Toledo and Best of Ohio, we excel at helping companies thank clients, suppliers and others who have an important role in your business. Promoting your brand simultaneously is often beneficial. Whether you’re looking for gift boxes that can ship across the country or gift baskets for hand delivery in the Toledo area, we can incorporate your company colors and logo in a variety of ways.

• Company Colors: Gift baskets can feature your company colors in the bow and cellophane wrap. Gift boxes can be accented with color paper shred.

• Promo items: We are happy to incorporate any promo items that you provide. Please plan for non-fragile items to be included in any gift boxes that will be shipped.

• Logo/Branded Cards: Some companies choose to supply us with their own branded cards in place of our standard cards. We are happy to include them in gift baskets and gift boxes.

When to Order

The earlier, the better! This particularly applies to holiday orders being shipped/delivered in November and December. Companies that begin planning early and finalize their gift choice by the end of October have many more options for customization. Early planning allows us time to source everything needed to complete your order and allows you time to order promo items and/or branded cards if you choose to include them.

Please note that customization is available for gift orders of 12 or more like baskets/boxes.

Payment Terms

A business account can be established by placing a credit card on file. This can be done in person or over the phone.

For large orders we require a 50% deposit (less shipping/delivery) at the time the order is placed. If paying by credit card, the remaining balance is due prior to the gifts being shipped/delivered. We offer Net 30 terms from the date of delivery/shipment if paying by check (excluding initial deposit if applicable).

Any invoice past due may be charged a 5% late fee. Any invoice 60 days past due will be charged an additional 5% late fee.
