SHIPPING/DELIVERY

We no longer ship our gift baskets. Due to changes in sorting and shipping processes, we have decided to discontinue shipping our gift baskets via UPS. Please visit the ‘Gifts for Shipping’ tab at the top of our website for Taste of Toledo and Best of Ohio branded gift boxes that are designed to ship anywhere in the lower 48 states.

Local Delivery is available within the Toledo area for a fee of $12.00. We deliver to all of Toledo, Perrysburg, Maumee, Bowling Green, Holland, Sylvania, Rossford, Millbury, Walbridge, Northwood, Oregon, Monclova, Waterville and Whitehouse, Ohio, as well as Lambertville, Temperance and Erie, Michigan.

Please be sure to provide a direct phone number for the recipient. It is absolutely necessary in order for us to complete the delivery process. If a valid recipient phone number is not provided and there is no one home at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to leave the basket, package, gift, etc. at the address listed on the order. We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft if a valid recipient phone number is not provided. Please do not enter your own phone number in the recipient phone number field unless the order is being delivered to you.

We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

Same day delivery service may not always be available. Please call to place an order if same day delivery is required. A $5.00 same day delivery fee will be added to your order. Please do not place an order online that requires same day delivery.

UPS Shipping is not included in our gift box prices and will be added to the order. The cost is based on the size and weight of the gift and the delivery address. Once an item is added to your cart and a shipping address is entered our website will provide an exact UPS shipping charge. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a valid U.S. street address.

We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses including incorrect numbers, streets, lack of apt or unit number, incorrect city or zip code, etc. If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address that you provided, you are welcome to pick up the item at our retail shop. Please note that during the month of December we will not contact customers whose packages are returned to us due to an invalid, incorrect or undeliverable address that they provided. We will hold all returned holiday packages until the first Friday in January. If a mistake is made by us, we will re-ship the package at our expense.

Time Requirements/Special Timed Delivery may incur a same day delivery fee or require upgraded UPS shipping. Orders placed online will ship via the UPS classification selected at checkout (Ground, 3 Day Select). Specific UPS delivery dates are not guaranteed for packages shipped via UPS Ground. We will ship to have the package arrive as close to the requested date as possible. Orders placed by 5pm EST will be available for delivery or shipping as soon as the next business day. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for order fulfillment in November and 5 business days in December (excludes transit time).

Local delivery is available Monday-Saturday. Please note that during holiday weeks/weekends (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, etc.) our delivery schedule may fill up. We try to accommodate all delivery date requests, but it may not be possible during peak delivery times. If you have any concerns about the timing for delivery, please call us at 419-861-4438 during our posted business hours.

CHOCOLATES & WINE

Local delivery and shipping of chocolates is available throughout the year. We do not cool-pack chocolates. When ordering chocolates, please take into consideration the seasonal temperature of the origin and destination of the package.
